I wish to express my gratitude and commend your employee, Junior Hudlin, on a job well done. I own a 2004 Altima and two of the plastic pins that attach the spoiler underneath the front bumper were missing. When I drove up to the service bay, Mr. Hudlin was helping another customer and told me someone would be right with me. When Mr. Hudlin finished helping his customer, he helped me. He replaced the pins himself, laying on the ground in his dress clothes. Mr. Hudlin exemplified all aspects of customer service, from acknowledging my presence to completing the job to my satisfaction. I don't see this effort made much anymore in retail, and with all of the competition out there, you can be sure I will not hesitate to visit your dealership again and look for MR. Hudlin specifically. And when it comes time to purchase a new Nissan, your dealership will be the first one I visit. Mr. Hudlin deserves a great big thank you.
